Privacy Policy - RoundSphere Apps

Effective date: August 17, 2026 Last updated: August 17, 2026 RoundSphere Apps ("we," "us," "our") develops and publishes free Android apps and games. This Privacy Policy explains what information our apps collect, how it's used, and who we share it with — including the advertising partners we use to keep our apps free. By using any RoundSphere Apps application, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. ---

1. Information We Collect

We do not require account creation and we do not directly collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number through app usage. However, our apps use third-party advertising and analytics SDKs that automatically collect certain technical information to serve ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud. This can include: - Advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID / AAID) - Device information (model, OS version, language, screen size) - IP address and approximate (coarse) location derived from it - App usage and interaction data (impressions, clicks, session length) - Crash logs and diagnostic data

2. Advertising Partners and Mediation

Our apps display ads through Google AdMob, which acts as our mediation platform. AdMob routes ad requests to multiple ad networks to find the best-paying, most relevant ad — this means some of the technical data above may be shared with and processed by these partner networks as well: - Google AdMob (mediation parent) — [PPrivacy Policy] · [AdMob data use] - Yandex Ads — [Privacy Policy] - Vungle / Liftoff Monetize — [Privacy Policy] - AppLovin — [Privacy Policy]

- Meta Audience Network — [Privacy Policy]

Each of these companies may independently collect and process device identifiers and usage data, under their own privacy policies, for purposes including ad personalization, measurement, and fraud prevention. We encourage you to review each partner's policy for details on what they collect and how to exercise your choices with them directly. We do not control how these third parties use data once it's shared with them, and we recommend reviewing their individual opt-out mechanisms (linked above) if you'd like to limit ad personalization.

3. Log Data

If an error occurs while using our apps, we may collect diagnostic data through third-party crash-reporting tools. This can include your device's IP address, device name, OS version, app configuration, and the date and time of use.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our apps themselves do not use cookies. However, the third-party ad and analytics SDKs we use (listed in Section 2) may use cookies, advertising identifiers, or similar tracking technologies within their own services to deliver and measure ads. You can manage ad personalization through your device's ad settings (Android Settings → Privacy → Ads) or through each partner's opt-out tools linked above.

5. Your Privacy Choices (GDPR / UK / CCPA and similar laws)

- EEA, UK, and Switzerland users: Where required, we (and our ad partners through AdMob's consent tools) will request your consent before using your data for personalized advertising. You can withdraw consent at any time through the in-app consent prompt or your device's ad settings. - California and other U.S. state residents: You have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can exercise this through your device's "Limit Ad Tracking" / "Opt out of Ads Personalization" setting, or by contacting the ad partners directly using the links in Section 2. - All users: You may request details about, or deletion of, data we hold by contacting us at the email below. Note that data already processed by an independent third-party ad network must be requested from that network directly.

6. Data Retention

We do not retain personal data on our own servers beyond what's needed to respond to support requests. Retention periods for data collected by our advertising partners are governed by their own policies (see Section 2).

7. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it. If you're a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

8. Security

We take reasonable, commercially acceptable measures to protect the information associated with our apps. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Links to Other Sites

Our apps or this policy may contain links to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their policies separately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
